Miguel is a first-generation born and raised San Diegan. He grew up and lived in the South Bay until 6 years ago when he made a move into Downtown San Diego. Miguel has been in real estate since the age of 17. Developing knowledge and experience in financing, foreclosures, short sale and traditional residential sales. 7 years ago when Miguel made the move to downtown San Diego, he also decided to focus on becoming an expert in the downtown area, learning the unique high-rise product and market. In doing so, Miguel has landed incredible opportunities in working with new development and being interviewed by the San Diego Union Tribune. In 2017 he was involved with most expensive transaction of downtown closing at 2.7 million. A genuine love of the city is what drives Miguel's passion for downtown real estate. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his son Alessandro and volunteering with the Urban Angels committee of downtown, feeding the homeless.
