Few real estate professionals come to their work more thoroughly prepared or more highly skilled than Delilah Bejarano Armendariz, tracing an arc from her education throughout her professional experience.

Born and raised in San Diego, she attended the University of San Diego, graduated magna cum laude with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, and went on to gain a master’s degree in business administration in the field of international business — all by the age of 22.

Delilah’s MSBA studies included seminars on investments, real estate finance and valuation, real estate principles and practices, human resources, operations, and strategic management. By 2009, she had become director of acquisitions for a brokerage representing a privately funded equity firm, buying and reselling distressed properties and often achieving double-digit returns on investments; she even has experience with multifamily units. Delilah’s notable abilities earned her a position as director of marketing for a real estate firm and ultimately helped her acquire her real estate broker license.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2005, Delilah has brought that rich mixture of knowledge and skill to serve her clients, building trusted relationships with integrity and honesty. Whether they are first-time buyers, sellers, or investors, Delilah’s expertise helps them fulfill their dreams.

Delilah lives in San Diego with her husband and two children. Away from work, Delilah enjoys traveling worldwide with her family and friends, with recent trips to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Langkawi.
