Leo has been nothing less than amazing. I originally wanted to buy in 2020 but work relocated me to Washington for 3 years. I kept in touch with him to ask him about the market at least once or twice a year. He followed up with me when I told him I was moving back to the San Diego. area. If you need a real estate agent, and especially if this is your first time in the market, Brian Mitchell is the agent you want on your side. He is the third realtor I've dealt with and the one I'll be calling again the next time I need to sell or buy. On the first day I met him, he provided me with more information in one hour than my other realtors did during the entire months-long process. I hired Brian to represent me in the sale of my condo, which I had rented to tenants (I was blessed with wonderful tenants - just had to throw this in here). I did not want to disrupt my tenants' lives any more than necessary, and Brian worked with them and their schedules and made it happen. Other reviews I've read have all said that Brian goes above and beyond - this is very accurate. For example, unbeknownst to me, my tenants' vacuum cleaner broke on the day the appraisal was scheduled. They told Brian, and he brought his personal vacuum cleaner over and even helped them to clean the condo an hour before the appraiser was set to arrive. Who does that?? My other realtors certainly didn't. Brian was there for the inspection, for the appraisal, for the walk-through, etc. When my husband sold his condo, his realtor didn't attend anything except the open house he scheduled. I know a lot of things throughout the process are not in the realtors' control - market prices, appraisals, and whatnot. Brian gives you the information you need to make decisions, he does what he can to put everything possible in your favor (ethically and realistically), and he works hard to get the results you're hoping for. I met Laura on a fluke when the other Realtor decided to fly out of town for the weekend. This fluke proved to be a blessing. Upon meeting Laura I explained what I needed to do and the time constraints that I was under.
