I first met Allison in 2017 when she helped me sell a house in the midst of a divorce. She was extremely knowledgeable in the real estate field, and was able to answer any questions I had. I received multiple offers on that home in less than a week. She then helped me search for a new home for myself and children. She gave me lots of options to look at, gave me advise on locations an presentations of the properties. I found a property in a new community and she was excellent with helping me get a tour set up. As soon as we walked out of the house she knew it was the one for me. She worked with the listing agent to get me everything I needed and kept my stress levels to a minimum. I later had to sell that home as I prepared to move out of San Diego. Due to the downturn from COVID 19 it was a very difficult market to sell in. I'm not sure exactly how we got connected with Allison, but it's been a great experience as a buyer in a crazy real estate market. Allison took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in Encinitas. We are not from the area, but we were so comfortable with her understanding of what we wanted, that we purchased a property without ever physically seeing it. We went down a few weeks after our offer was accepted and were blown away with how perfect it was for us.
